Inclusion Criteria

ASA class I & II

Exclusion Criteria

1.history of hypertension

2.history of recent MI

3.Pregnancy

4.intracranial haemorrhage

5.patients with obstructive /restrictive lung disease

6.patients with thyroid disorder

7.patients not meeting fasting guidelines

8.patients with baseline oxygen saturation less than 95% on pulseoximeter.
