2.pathologic tooth mobility
3.abscess or sinus formation
4.pathologic root resorption
5.radiolucency in the furcation area
6.Restorable tooth
Exclusion Criteria
1.known sensitivity or allergy to drugs
2.systemic conditions
3.extensive root resorption
4.perforated pulpal floor
5.unrestorable tooth
