ASA 1 & ASA 2
Elective lower abdominal surgeries
patient refusal,
Age <18 and >60,
ASA 3 & ASA 4,
patient posted for emergency surgeries,
patient with local infection at puncturing site,
patient with ischemic and rheumatic heart diseases,
patient with coagulation defect and patients on anticoagulants,
patient with neuromuscular disorders,
patients with history of diabetic, hepatic & renal failure,
patients allergic to local anaesthetic drugs.
