Inclusion Criteria
1. The patients with psoriatic lesions area and severity index PASI = 10 met the diagnostic criteria of severe psoriasis;
2. Patients who meet the indications of biological agents (iqizhu) and have no history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD);
3. Patients who sign informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Psoriasis patients not suitable for iqizhu treatment.
