Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke
- •Patients diagnosed with acute CVA with persistent neurological deficits
- •Patients who are comprehending.
Exclusion Criteria
- •A resolved transient ischemic attack (brief neurological symptoms that are judged to have completely resolved upon presentation )
- •A definite clinical contraindication or indication for either the sitting up or lying flat head position .
