- •2.Patients requiring vasopressor.
- •3.Patients requiring veno-irritant and hyperosmolar drugs.
- •4.Patients with poor peripheral venous access.
- •5.Patients requiring long term venous access.
- •6.Patients following cardiac arrest.

- •1.Patients with cervical cord injury
- •2.Patients with insertion site infection/surgery/injury.
- •3.Patients requiring haemodialysis
