Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All ASA I and II patients in age group of 18 years to 60 years undergoing elective Anterior Cruciate Ligament reconstruction under subarachnoid block and giving consent for post operative Adductor canal block.

Exclusion Criteria

  • .Patients belong to ASA III, IV, V.
  • .Patients with any contraindication for
  • regional anaesthesia and infection focus at
  • back or at site of Adductor canal block.
  • .Patients with allergy to the study drugs.
  • .Patients with history of Diabetes Mellitus and
  • Neuropathies.
  • .Patients with liver, renal, cardiac
  • dysrhythmias.
  • .Obese patients with Body Mass Index >35.
  • .Patients with height < 160 cm and > 180cm.
  • .Patients on any of the following drugs
  • (sedatives, alpha blockers, anticoagulant).
  • .Pregnant females.
