Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1\.Patient ranging in age from 18 to 70 years
- •2\.Obstructive sleep apnea patient who were prescribed CPAP treatment by an ENT specialist
- •3\.Patient with at least one nasal symptoms complaint such as rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, nasal itching, and/or sneezing
- •4\.Patient gave consent to be part of the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1\.Patient refused to use CPAP device as a treatment for OSA
- •2\.Patient refused to use topical nasal steroids
- •3\.Patient had side effect from topical nasal steroids
- •4\.Patient had received topical nasal steroids within 1 month prior to the study
- •5\.Patient had lesion such as nasal septum deviation, nasal polyps, or unusual mass in their nostril
- •6\.Patient had severe medical illness that could affect the treatment
- •7\.Patient had a history of physical or mental abnormality that caused irregular sleep
