Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Eligible are patients with a chronic Complex Regional Painsyndrome type 1 according to the criteria of the IASP; pain for at least six months; age between 18 and 65; no other treatment for the last 4 weeks.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Serious psychopathology based on the Symptom Checklist\-90\.
  • •structural limitations of the joint mobility that affect walking without aids.
  • •Patients willing to be treated according to the Dutch guidelines for the treatment of CRPS1\.
  • •Patients with limited skills in the dutch language.
