Inclusion Criteria
Eligible are patients with a chronic Complex Regional Painsyndrome type 1 according to the criteria of the IASP; pain for at least six months; age between 18 and 65; no other treatment for the last 4 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
Serious psychopathology based on the Symptom Checklist-90.
structural limitations of the joint mobility that affect walking without aids.
Patients willing to be treated according to the Dutch guidelines for the treatment of CRPS1.
Patients with limited skills in the dutch language.
