DOR:
1.10IU/L
2. Anti-M ü llerian hormone (AMH) < 1.1ng/ml;
3. AFC = 5-7
Testing was performed on days 2-4 of the menstrual cycle and on two occasions at least 4 weeks apart. Were eligible for enrollment.
POI:
1. Oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea for at least 4 months;
2. FSH > 25 U / L on two measurements (detected on days 2-4 of the menstrual cycle, at least 4 weeks apart)
