- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ ASA II or higher
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Emergency surgery requiring Rapid Sequence Induction and Intubation
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Allergy to Propofol / Etomidate
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢ Anticipated Difficult Airway
