Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged between between 18-65 years, undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with mental illness, neurological problems where clinical assessment not reliable. 2. Neck deformity, restricted neck movement, neck mass, burns neck contracture etc. 3. Anticipated difficult airway requiring planned awake intubation
