1.AKI 预后的危险因素分析； 2.明确尿 DCR2 能否作为判断 AKI 肾脏预后的生物标志物。

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.经肾活检病理诊断急性肾损伤患者；
  • •2.年龄 18 岁以上，性别不限；
  • •3.随访时间≥90 天。

Exclusion Criteria

  • •2.合并严重心脏和（或）肝脏功能不全的患者；
