Inclusion Criteria
1. Male & female patients confirmed by the real-time PCR/Rapid antigen test on the respiratory tract samples as positive of SARS-CoV-2
2. Patients hospitalized in dedicated Covid-19 intensive care unit.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who had other causes of electrolyte disturbance
2. Chronic organ dysfunction (e.g., hepatic or renal dysfunction),
3. Terminal cancer immunodeficiency
4. Patients with a history of long-term use of hormones & diuretics
