Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Male \& female patients confirmed by the real\-time PCR/Rapid antigen test on the respiratory tract samples as positive of SARS\-CoV\-2
- •2\. Patients hospitalized in dedicated Covid\-19 intensive care unit.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who had other causes of electrolyte disturbance
- •2\. Chronic organ dysfunction (e.g., hepatic or renal dysfunction),
- •3\. Terminal cancer immunodeficiency
- •4\. Patients with a history of long\-term use of hormones \& diuretics
