Inclusion Criteria
Students of age 19-25years
- Both gender
- Screen time 3-6hrs/day or 30-40 hours/week. (Screen time is a total of
spending time working on computers, tablets, phones, watching TV shows, videos, movies.)
- Attention deficit detected using Adult Self Report Scale(ASRS)
Exclusion Criteria
- Mini mental state examination score: less than 21
- Psychiatric problems like bipolar mood disorder, schizophrenia, mental
handicap, personality disorders, chronic suicidal or self injurious behaviors.
