Inclusion Criteria
1. patients older than 18 years
2. patients with assumed or previous confirmed Barrett’s neoplasia
3. patients having a good general condition feasible for endoscopic resection
Exclusion Criteria
1. missing consent/agreement
2. patients with confirmed late stage malignancy
3. acute reflux esophagitis
4. endoscopic pre-treatment of the lesion
5. patients with coagulopathy or anti coagulative medication (e.g. clopidogrel, coumadin)
