Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients older than 18 years
  • •2\. patients with assumed or previous confirmed Barrett’s neoplasia
  • •3\. patients having a good general condition feasible for endoscopic resection

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. missing consent/agreement
  • •2\. patients with confirmed late stage malignancy
  • •3\. acute reflux esophagitis
  • •4\. endoscopic pre\-treatment of the lesion
  • •5\. patients with coagulopathy or anti coagulative medication (e.g. clopidogrel, coumadin)
