Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Mechanical Low Back Pain (Between T12 and
Gluteal fold)
Patients having Hip Internal Rotation/External Rotation <30 degree
Exclusion Criteria
Any Contraindication to Manual Therapy
(Tumour, Fracture, RA, Osteoporosis, Prolonged History of steroid use,
Previous Surgical management within last 6 Months,
Signs of Nerve Root Compression (Muscle weakness, Hyporeflexia,
decreased sensation, Radiating pain to Lower extremity), Evidence of Central nervous System Involvement
