A study to compare between medications which are Tablet clonidine and Tablet Pregabaline for their effect on decreasing the anxiety of the patient and their effect on maintaining blood pressure of the patient so that there will be very minimal blood loss during surgery

Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients undergoing elective Ear nose and throat surgeries

2.Patient conformed to American society of anaesthesilogy physical status i and ii

3.Patients belonging to mallampatti grading i and ii on airway asessment

Exclusion Criteria

Inability or refusal to follow the study protocol.

2. Patients with H/o Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Arrhythmias, liver and

kidney disorders, cerebral disease, epilepsy.

3. Patients with hypotension and shock

4. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2

5. Patients on sedatives/hypnotics.

6.Patients with coagulation disorders.

7. Patients allergic to Pregabalin or Clonidine.

sedation and anxiolysis produced by two drugs in the study <br/ ><br>And minimal blood in surgical field so that surgery will be easy to carryoutTimepoint: Sedation(Ramsay sedation scorre) and anxiolysis score are assessed before surgery <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Blood pressure and other vital parameters are assessed through surgery and noted every 15minutes <br/ ><br>And ISOFE score(Intraoperative surgical field evaluation score)noted during surgery every half hourly
Secondary Outcome Measures

1.To monitor HR (per minute), Mean Arterial pressure (MAP),Systolic and diastolic <br/ ><br>blood pressure (SBP &DBP), Peripheral oxygen saturation (SPO2). <br/ ><br>2. To look for any side effects in patients receiving these drugs.Timepoint: 90 minutes before surgery till 4hours after surgery
