- •1.Patients undergoing elective Ear nose and throat surgeries
- •2.Patient conformed to American society of anaesthesilogy physical status i and ii
- •3.Patients belonging to mallampatti grading i and ii on airway asessment
排除标准
- •Inability or refusal to follow the study protocol.
- •2. Patients with H/o Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Arrhythmias, liver and
- •kidney disorders, cerebral disease, epilepsy.
- •3. Patients with hypotension and shock
- •4. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •5. Patients on sedatives/hypnotics.
- •6.Patients with coagulation disorders.
- •7. Patients allergic to Pregabalin or Clonidine.
