- •1. age 35 and over, both male and female 2. diagnosed by a doctor with high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus type 2, hyperlipidemia, chronic kidney disease, stroke, and ischemic heart disease for at least one year 3. is a person whose name appears in the Phayao Province civil registry 4. no mental or physical disorders such as dementia or paralysis, and 5.voluntarily participate in research program.
- •1. aged 18 years and older, both male and female 2.) be a family member and care for an elderly person in your household for at least a year 3. can read and write Thai, and have no hearing issues and 4. voluntarily participate in research program.
