- •All postoperative adult patients scheduled for elective cardiothoracic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal to participate
- •Emergency surgeries
- •Redo surgery
- •Severe LV dysfunction
- •Preoperative inotropic requirement
- •Vasoactive\-inotrope score of more than 15
- •Massive blood loss
- •Patients on renal replacement therapy
