Inclusion Criteria
1. Thyroid nodule with suspicious findings of malignancy.
2. Thyroid function test (FT3, FT4 or TSH)
3. Proven tissue path (FNA or thyroidectomy)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Thyroid nodules size less than 10 mm.
2. Missing some FT3, FT4 or TSH
3. The pre-biopsy imaging were performed from another medical center.
