  • •easy follow up visits

排除标准

  • •bleeding tendency
  • •associated medical disorder hypertension, diabetes, preeclapsia..

主要结局

Estimated amount of blood loss

时间窗: 6 hours

The estimated amount of blood loss during and after surgery

Failure of the novel conservative management

时间窗: 3 hours

Need to do peripartum hysterectomy or patient death
