Inclusion Criteria
age below 16 years on day of injury
• Written informed consent and data protection agreement of parents and child depending on maturity
• Trauma can be remembered and happened within 48 hours before X-ray
• Isolated supracondylar fracture Type I according to Laer (undisplaced)
o No fracture line visible in X-ray
o Positive Fat-pad-sign in X-ray
• Consent for MRI and MRI done within 14 days after trauma
Exclusion Criteria
language barrier, child refuses MRI
