1. Children in the age group of 3-5 years
2. Good general health
3. Having 12 scorable facial and lingual surfaces
4. Written informed consents from the patient
1.Children having condition that could interfere with study participation.
2. Children requiring emergency dental treatment.
3. The participant who have used antibiotics within 2 weeks prior to the first study visit.
4. The participant who have received oral prophylaxis seven days prior to first study visit.
5. Parents with physical or intellectual disability.
