TO STUDY THE MALE AND FEMALE POSTURAL ALTERATIONS WITH HEEL RAISE ON KNEE FLEXION, LUMBAR LORDOSIS, PELVIC INCLINATION, POSTURAL SWAY, AND LINE OF GRAVITY

The total duration  of study is 1.5 years . The male and female subjects with in age of 20-39 years will be included. The subjects wgho fulfil the inclusiona and exclusion criteria will be incuded.  The study will be conducted in a controlled laboratory. Postural parameters including knee flexion angle, lumbar lordosis, and pelvic inclination will be assessed in the sagittal plane using digital photographic analysis. Reflective markers will be placed over standardized anatomical landmarks (ASIS, PSIS, greater trochanter, lateral femoral epicondyle, and lateral malleolus). Photographs will be captured using a smartphone mounted on a tripod positioned 180 cm from the participant at a height of 100 cm. Participants will stand barefoot in a habitual standing posture while maintaining gaze on a fixed point on the wall. Five images will be obtained and analyzed using Kinovea software. Then the paitents will be asked to stand on a force plate for postural sway. After barefoot measurements, the male participants will be provided with heel raise of 6.6cm foot wear where as female will be asked to wear there own . Then they undergo a 30-minute acclimatization period with heel raise footwear. The same measurement procedure will then be repeated. Two independent evaluators will analyze the images, and the average values will be used for statistical analysis.
