- •Pregnant women of
- •Age 20 to 45 years
- •Who are willing to give consent
- •With singleton pregnancy
- •Vit D less than 20 ng/ml
排除标准
- •Pregnant women
- •With active thyroid disease like thyroiditis or Graves disease
- •With parathyroid disorders
- •On antihypertensives and antiepileptics with calcium channel blocking capacity
- •With multiple pregnancy
- •Who are not willing to give consent
- •With pre existing liver and kidney diseases
- •Malabsorption syndromes
- •Presenting for the 1st time after 16 weeks of gestation
- •With BMI less than 18.5
- •With severe anemia
