- •Full-term ( > 37-week gestation) singleton pregnancy with an ASA score of Iâ??II posted for elective LSCS with single shot SAB
排除标准
- •1)Patient height < 140 cm
- •2)An ASA score of IIIâ??IV
- •3)Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
- •4)Prolonged pregnancy ( > 42 weeks)
- •5)pregnancy-induced hypertensive disorders
- •6)Placenta previa, placental abruption
- •7)Multiple pregnancy
- •8)Morbid obesity (body mass index [BMI] >=36)
- •9)Foetal distress or foetal abnormalities
- •10)Obstructed Labour
- •11)Patients with history of neck surgery.
- •12)Patients with rheumatic heart disease or cardiomyopathies.
- •13)Patients with atherosclerosis
- •14)Parturient refusal
