入选标准
- •Group I: Periodontally healthy patients with no clinical attachment loss (CAL), probing pocket
- •depth (PPD) < 3 mm, and PBI score < 1.
- •Group II: Gingivitis patients, who show clinical signs of gingival inflammation and also showing
- •no clinical attachment loss, Probing pocket Depth (PPD) <= 3 mm, and PBI score > 1.
- •Group III: Stage III periodontitis patients who will be identified according to the clinical signs of periodontitis.
排除标准
- •1. Systemic diseases that could affect the periodontium.
- •2. Tobacco (in any form) and alcoholics.
- •3. Pregnant or lactating females.
- •4. Periodontal treatment received in the past 6 months.
- •5. Use of anti-inflammatory and antibiotic drugs in past 6 months.
