1) Parents aged 25-65 years old
2) Fluent Thai communication
3) Primary caregiver of a child with autism or ADHD. By living in the same household with the child.
4) Life Congruent score at relatively low or lowest, and the level of parenting stress index is moderate to high.
1) Active psychological symptoms or poor concentrate on communication.
2) Receiving psychological treatment from specialists with mindfulness therapy or cognitive and behavioral therapy or stress management program in different ways.
3) Unable to attend complete sessions.
