1 patients who fit into the diagnosis criteria of ICHD - III-
a At least 5 attacks
b attacks lasting 4 to 72 hours
c headache has at least 2 characters - unilateral location, pulsating quality, moderate to severe pain in intensity, aggravation by avoiding routine physical activity
d during headache at least one of th following - nauseas, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia.
1. Migraine patients with complications.
2. Patients suffering from medication overuse headache.
3. Patients with other systemic illness.
4. Pregnant and Lactating mother
