oHealthy volunteers
o18-40 years of age
oBody mass index (BMI) 19-30 kg/m2
oSystolic blood pressure 95–140 mmHg

Exclusion Criteria
oDiastolic blood pressure over 90 mmHg
oAny continuous medication (hormonal intrauterine device is permitted)
oAny significant medical condition
oInsensitivity to rifampicin
oPregnancy and lactation
oPrevious difficult venipuncture
oAlcohol and medicine abuse and drug use
oParticipation to any other pharmaceutical trial within on month of screening
