Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Present medical diagnosis of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease; both genders; age between 25 and 55 years; Body mass index less than or equal to 30; agreeing to participate in the study by signing the Informed Consent Form and being available to participate in the study within the proposed schedule.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Pregnancy; spine surgery; abdomen or chest surgery; plastic surgery of the head and trunk, fractures in the vertebrae or ribs; cervical trauma; patient receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy; have been diagnosed with inflammatory joint disease; disorders of the metabolic system; rheumatic disease; neurological impairment; acute inflammatory process; use of medications that interfered with the pain threshold; injury that prevents him from effectively developing the proposed protocol.
