简要总结
This study aims to evaluate the effect of eccentric core and posterior chain training on neuromuscular activation and athletic performance in basketball players. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted among male and female basketball players aged 18 to 25 years, who will be randomly assigned to an interventional or a control group. The intervention group will undergo a structured eccentric training program targeting the core and posterior chain muscles, while the control group will follow the routine training. Neuromuscular activation will be assessed using electromyography (EMG) and performance outcomes such as vertical jump height and agility will be measured before and after the intervention. The study intends to determine whether eccentric focused training leads to significant improvements in neuromuscular efficiency and perfromance in basketball athletes.
