1. Healthy female older age range: 60 to 65 years.
2. Ready to exercise (assessing by Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Thai version: PARQ)
3. Clinical Stability with no underlying diseases that affect exercise training
4. Capable of understanding and performing instructions in Thai (including reading and writing in Thai).
5. Body Mass Index less than 30 kg/m2
6. Capable of seeing (no visual system diseases or disorder), maintaining boy coordination and having a good grip strength when holding the bar
1. Serious respiratory disorders (i.e., asthma or COPD)
2. Cardiovascular diseases (i.e., acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, uncontrolled hypertension, and uncontrolled diabetes) history of heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia, and stroke
3. Neurological conditions (i.e., Hemiplegia, Hemiparesis, or Parkinson)
4. Presenting with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal diseases (Low back pain, Achilles tendon rupture, severe osteoarthritis, hip replacement or fracture) for more than one month
5. Presenting with endocrine disorders (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism) and receiving any hormonal therapy (Testosterone replacement therapy)
6. Psychology signs and symptoms (i.e. anxiety, bipolar, or depression)
7. Involving in resistance and aerobic exercise in the preceding 12 months

Name Time Method Force-velocity characteristics (Isokinetic strength) at 4-week (intermediate time point) and 8-week post-intervention.
