Patients scheduled for bimalleolar or trimalleolar ankle fracure sugeries.
BMI 18.5-30,
Patients for reoperation of ankle
Patients with chronic pain
Patient swho had recently used opioids, corticosteroids, or any other analgesic drugs
Patients with hepatic/ renal impariments
Patients with known allergies to local anesthetics
Patients with neuropathy
Patients who have infection or inflammation at the site of peripheral nerve block
Patients with coagulation disorders
Pregnant patients
