Inclusion Criteria
1) 18 years and above.
2) Patient diagnosed with head and neck cancer.
3) Definitive or adjuvant radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy.
3) Curative intent of treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient receiving palliative radiotherapy.
2) Patients with psychiatric illness/ unable to comprehend.
