Inclusion Criteria

Elderly; both sexes; age equal to or greater than 60 years; preserved cognition; preserved mobility capacity.

Exclusion Criteria

Elderly people with paraplegia; totally dependent on walking aids; has dementia and severe attention deficit that makes it impossible to understand to respond to a simple verbal command. any orthopedic, rheumatologic or neurological alteration that makes independent walking impossible.

Primary Outcome Measures

It is expected to find a significant gain in balance of the elderly participants, evaluated from the following tests: 6 minute walk test (6MWT); Timed Up & Go Test (TUG); Falls Efficacy Scale International (FES I); The Dynamic Gait Index (DGI), at the end of 6 weeks. Considering an improvement from positive changes in the indicators and predicted values ??in the first evaluation.

It is expected to find an improvement in quality of life markers as a qualifier of better performance in activities of daily living, decrease in dizziness, functional range and cognition, evaluated by the <br>World Health organization quality of life (WHOQOL OLD), The Brazilian Multidimensional Functional Assessment Questionnaire (BOMFAQ), The Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI), Anterior Functional Reach Test (TAF) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) at the end of 6 weeks. Considering a significant improvement in the results, they are more positive about what is evaluated in the questionnaire.
