1 Patients with a report of positive Dengue IgM test and platelet count less than 1.5 lakhs per cumm
2 The patients of either sex within the age group between the age group of 15 to 60 years Based on this triaging patients were admitted to the Government District Head Quarters Hospital Aruppukottai and somewhere given home quarantine.
3 Patients with mild and moderate symptoms of Dengue
4 Patients of both sexes and willing to accept the Siddha or standard conventional treatment method
1 Dengue IgM negative patients and patients of less than 15 years of age and above 60
years of age
2 Patients with report of positive Dengue IgM test and platelet count more than
1.5 laks per cumm.
3 Pregnant and breastfeeding women
4 Patients with other systemic malignant diseases such as malignant tumors and mental illness
5 If the researchers consider that the patient is unsuitable for participation in the
study
6 Patients have already taken Dengue treatment
7 Patient discharge against medical advice
to Patients participating in other clinical trials

Name Time Method Even after Length of stay in hospitalization following patients were consider to have poor out come even then duration of hospital stay is less. Patients referred to higher center. Patients who were dead after receiving five days of our treatment.For following patients with less duration of hospital stay are consider to have good out come were discharged and referred to medical colleges under supervision.Timepoint: 4 to 10 days
