- •Gender include Both female & male
- •Mallampati grade 1 2 3 4
- •Elective surgical procedures requiring NT intubation
排除标准
- •Lack of consent
- •Age <18y & >60yrs
- •Pediatric age group
- •Pregnant females
- •ASA grade 3 & 4
- •Patients with rhinostenosis bleeding tendencies
- •Patients with poor pulmonary reserve where early desaturation is expected
