- •1. Adult kidney donor receiving hand assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy
- •2. Patients receving robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy
- •3. Patients receiving laparoscopic colorectal surgery or laparoscopic gastric surgery
- •4. Patients aged from 21 to 64
- •5. Patients of American society of Anesthesiologist physical status 1 or 2
排除标准
- •1. Patients with abnormal preoperative pulmonary function test or other significant previous medical history
- •2. Obese patients with BMI equal or greater than 30
- •3. Symptomatic patients with asthma, bronchiectasis, bronchitis
- •4. current smoker or cessated less than 1 year
- •5. Patients with other severe cardiovascular or cerebral disorder
- •6. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder
