Detection of myocardial Infarction Is Based On The Opinion Of The Cardiologist; Resident Of Zahedan City And Accessible For Follow up; Age 40-60 years Old; Having Reading And writing Skills And Ability To Speak Persian; Lack Of Communication Problem; No Other Underlying Diseases Other Than Hazardous Diseases (Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Blood lipids); Not Having History In Training Dlasses; Not A Member Of The Health Team.
Do Not Attend One Of The Training Sessions; Heart failure; Acute Illness with The need For Hospitalization; Open Heart Surgery During The Study
