Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age between 20\-60 years
  • •2\. Borderline controlled hypertensive (controlled NIBP \<\= 140/90mm Hg without any medication)
  • •3\. ASA physical status \< III
  • •4\. Planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy as elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patientsâ??s refusal
  • •2\. ASA grade IV
  • •3\. Patient taking any antihypertensive medication
  • •4\. Patients with ASA physical status of 3 or more
  • •5\. Age \> 60 years \& \<20 years; pregnant and nursing women
  • •6\. Cardio\-pulmonary compromised patients
  • •7\. Major hepatic, Renal or endocrine dysfunction
  • •8\. Allergy to anaesthetic drugs used.
