Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age between 20\-60 years
- •2\. Borderline controlled hypertensive (controlled NIBP \<\= 140/90mm Hg without any medication)
- •3\. ASA physical status \< III
- •4\. Planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy as elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patientsâ??s refusal
- •2\. ASA grade IV
- •3\. Patient taking any antihypertensive medication
- •4\. Patients with ASA physical status of 3 or more
- •5\. Age \> 60 years \& \<20 years; pregnant and nursing women
- •6\. Cardio\-pulmonary compromised patients
- •7\. Major hepatic, Renal or endocrine dysfunction
- •8\. Allergy to anaesthetic drugs used.
