1. Age between 20-60 years
2. Borderline controlled hypertensive (controlled NIBP <= 140/90mm Hg without any medication)
3. ASA physical status < III
4. Planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy as elective surgery under general anaesthesia
1. Patientsâ??s refusal
2. ASA grade IV
3. Patient taking any antihypertensive medication
4. Patients with ASA physical status of 3 or more
5. Age > 60 years & <20 years; pregnant and nursing women
6. Cardio-pulmonary compromised patients
7. Major hepatic, Renal or endocrine dysfunction
8. Allergy to anaesthetic drugs used.
