Inclusion Criteria

Spinal cord injury - Age = 18 years - anus-near pressure ulcer stage 3 or 4 - surgical treatment of the ulcer.

Exclusion Criteria

Decubitus stage 1 or 2 - no pressure ulcer at all - insufficient data.
