•For survey study (part 1): group A- patients suffering from Shirashula (headache), age 10-60 years, respondents willing to answer the questionnaire. group B- apparently healthy individuals, age 10-60 years, respondents willing to answer the questionnaire.
•For the clinical study (part 2): age 20-60 years age group, a patient suffering from Shirashula (headache), patients willing to participate in the study.

•For survey study both group A and group B: severely ill patients,
•Pregnant and lactating women, patients suffering from a systemic illness like cancer, kidney disease, cirrhosis, rheumatologic Disease, diabetes mellitus, Acute, and chronic infectious diseases, Current use of medicines like insulin, steroid hormones, oral contraceptive, hormone replacement therapy, Current major psychiatric illness, Subjects not willing to respond to answer the questionnaire.
•For clinical study: Patients below 20 years and above 60 years, Pregnant and lactating women, patients suffering from a systemic illness like cancer, kidney disease, cirrhosis, rheumatologic Disease, diabetes mellitus, Acute, and chronic infectious diseases, Current use of medicines like insulin, steroid hormones, oral contraceptive, hormone replacement therapy, Current major psychiatric illness, Patients are not willing to get enrolled in the study.
