入排标准
入选标准
- •Computer users
- •Male and female participants of age between 18-60 years
- •One year of job experience
- •Participants with mild (5-14) and moderate (15-24) NDI scoring
- •Participants with ROSA score greater than 5
排除标准
- •History of any recent surgery, traumatic injuries, pathological conditions, pregnancy, taking NSAIDs during time of study, received steroid injection in past 12 months, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythymatosus or osteoporosis. Already enrolled in a physiotherapy program, Psychological ill patients, physically handicapped, anyone who denies consent.
