Inclusion Criteria
Computer users
Male and female participants of age between 18-60 years
One year of job experience
Normal BMI
Participants with mild (5-14) and moderate (15-24) NDI scoring
Participants with ROSA score greater than 5
Exclusion Criteria
History of any recent surgery, traumatic injuries, pathological conditions, pregnancy, taking NSAIDs during time of study, received steroid injection in past 12 months, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythymatosus or osteoporosis. Already enrolled in a physiotherapy program, Psychological ill patients, physically handicapped, anyone who denies consent.
